Vaporesso’s Luxe PM40 pod mod is small (96.45 x 30.6 x 21.5mm) and fits easily in a pocket, but with lots of capacity !

It’s made of stainless steel, which makes it very resistant. Its IML coating is very aesthetic and gives it a beautiful shiny look !

It’s equipped with a 1800mAh battery which can be fully charged in 1 hour using the USB-C cable supplied.

Enough to have a good autonomy !

Its screen shows all the useful information : wattage, coil value, puff counter and battery percentage.

3 quick clicks on the Fire button allow you to change the power between 5 and 40W.

Its cartridges/pods have a capacity of 4ml. They’re filled from the top by simply removing the cap (black tip).

They’re compatible with GTX coils, already widely recognised in the vaping world for their quality. Two coils are supplied with the pack : one 0.6ohm for a power of 20 to 30W and one 0.8ohm for a power of 12 to 20W. More values are however available if you want to mix it up !

What was your first impression when you saw this pod ?

I found it elegant and simple.

How was it getting started ?

Everything is very easy. And there's no need to take everything apart to fill it up, which is nice.

How was your experience with this kit ?

It has a particularly good rendering of flavours. But it has a little trouble with 0.2 and 0.3ohm coils, because the pod is too powerful.

In terms of autonomy, it holds up well during a day's work even when vaping a lot.

There’s a good choice of coils, allowing you to adapt your vaping to your preferences.

And the production of steam is ok. We’re clearly on a more MTL than DL draw.

Have you encountered any difficulties ?

The airflow control button is quite small. It’s easier to move it, if you’ve got nails.
