Shipping and returns


Orders placed before 15:00  are shipped the same day, the others within 24 hours after receipt of your payment.

We are working with DHL and La Poste. The delivery time within Switzerland is 24 hours. If you choose DHL, you will receive a text message offering you to :

  • Reprogram your delivery
  • Have your package delivered to a neighbor / caretaker
  • Collect your package in a service point
  • Change the delivery address
  • Put on hold due to holidays

The products are delivered to the delivery address you will have indicated during the ordering process.

The standard shipping mode for Europe is La Poste.

No refund or return order can be claimed in case of loss of the parcel once entrusted to the carrier. In case of damage during transportation, complaint must be addressed to the carrier within three days from  the delivery. Delivery times are provided for information only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be ended and the buyer refunded. The exchange of any product declared, a posteriori, damaged during transport, without any observation issued on reception of the package, can not be supported.

We take particular care in packing fragile products, your package is then shipped to you at your own risk.

Items returns

You have a period of 14 calendar days to return at your expense ordered products. This period starts from the day of reception. Any returns must be reported in advance to customer service. In exchange, the buyer will receive an exchange or a refund within a maximum of 30 days.

Only returned products in their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded nor exchanged.

In the case of an exchange, the return fees will be at the expense of the consumer.
