Article 1- Application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply in the context of online sales service to all sales made through the website.

Article 2 - Prices

Our products are priced in Swiss Francs or Euros and include all taxes. Processing and shipping fees are excluded. All orders, whatever their origin, are due in Swiss Francs or Euros. Promotional prices: Promotions are offered on our products for a specified period. reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order,  this is subject to availability. The information on prices and product availability are subject to changes and are indicative only.

Article 4 - Validation

When you click on the submit button after the checkout process, you accept it as the integrality of these terms and conditions, fully and without reservation. The data recorded by constitutes proof of all transactions by its customers. The data recorded by the secure payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

Article 5 - Availability

Our product, offers and prices are valid within the limit of available product stock. The information on the availability of the products are provided on your order after adding the product to your cart. They are provided for information only. In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you either by email or by phone. You can then cancel or exchange your order. In case of total unavailability of the product, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded immediately. In case of partial delivery, our customer service will contact you to obtain your agreement for an exchange, refund or a lead time.

Article 6 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the shipping address you will have provided during the ordering process. The delivery time includes the time to prepare the package and the carrier delivery time. Our standard shipping method for Switzerland is the Priority format of Swiss Post, or Domestic Express Basic of DHL. Outside of Switzerland, the standard shipping method is the "Max Priority letter" or "Recommended" letter. No refunds or returns can be claimed for the loss of the parcel once entrusted to the carrier. In case of damage during transport, a complaint must be addressed to within three days of delivery. Sweetch will then address the complaint to the carrier within 15 working days and will keep the customer informed of the progress. If the damage due to the transporter is confirmed, a new order will be sent to the customer by at no additional cost (under conditions of availability of stock). An alternative product will otherwise be proposed. Delivery times are given for information only; if they exceed thirty days after the order, the sales contract may be ended and the buyer refunded. The exchange of any product damaged during transport or without any complaints issued on receipt of the package, can not be supported. For deliveries abroad, the customer is sole responsible for what he orders. If an order is placed for a product that is not legally admissible in the given country of receipt, and the product subsequently seized or destroyed by the transporter or customs, no replacement or refund will be provided by Each customer is responsible for knowing the applicable laws and regulations of their country of residence. If the address communicated by the customer is false or incomplete, no new material will be issued until the original is returned to our distribution center in Switzerland. If Sweetch has to re-send the material, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer. No partial or total reimbursement will be possible. In cases of late delivery (5 working days for Switzerland and 15 days abroad), the customer is responsible for contacting in order for an investigation to be opened. The standard investigation time stands at 15 days. Once the investigation is closed, if the shipment is considered lost by the carrier, will expedite the same equipment to the customer at no additional cost, providing availability in stock. If the package is still considered as under transport by the transporter, the above conditions apply.

Article 7 - Shipping

Shipping costs include a contribution to packaging costs + postage costs. Remember to bundle all your items on one order.

Article 8 - Payment

Payments are accepted via credit cards, PostFinance Card, PostFinance e-finance or Paypal account. To counter any possible misuse of your credit card, does not have access to your payment information and agrees to never pass any of your information to a third party.

Article 9 - Retention of title

Article 12 - Warranty Terms

The warranty does not apply to compensation for damage resulting from external causes (accident, dismantling and repair). It also does not apply if the problem occurs in the use of a product which does not come from the website or has been misused (with incompatible accessories or poor maintenance). The products sold by are guaranteed in the manner and the warranty period offered by the manufacturer.

Procedure in case of initiation of  coverage:

  • Beforehand, you willl need to contact our customer service in the contact section of the site.
  • Your defective products must be returned to us at the address listed.
  • Your products will be tested by our technicians to determine the cause of the failure.
  • If all warranty conditions are met, then the defective products will be replaced.
  • If the products are not defective, but the problem is how to use the product, the return costs are at the charge of the customer and are payable in advance.

Article 13 - Return merchandise

In accordance with Articles L. 121-21, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to return at its expense, products ordered. This right applies only to natural persons. This period starts from the date of receipt. Any returns must be reported in advance to our customer service. In exchange, the buyer will receive a refund within a maximum period of 30 days. Consumables such e-liquid bottles will not be returned or refunded. Only products returned will be together, in their original packaging complete and intact and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded nor returned nor exchanged. This right of withdrawal is without penalty, except for shipping and return. Assuming the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the option of requesting either a refund of amount paid, or exchange the product. In the case of an exchange, the return will be at the expense of consumers.

Article 14 - Loyalty program offers a loyalty program based on the acquisition of points to each confirmed order. For every 10 CHF of purchase (excluding shipping), a loyalty point will be automatically assigned. The points accumulate in your account. You can use them (partially or entirely) upon your command. Each point turns into a voucher of 0.50 CHF.
Please note that our internet loyalty program is independent from the one practiced in the shops.

Our advisors will be happy to offer you the loyalty card Sweetch Club, valid in all our stores. For each of your purchases, your card will be credited 1 point for 1 CHF. Once you reach 200 points, a 10 CHF gift voucher, valid in the store of your choice, will be offered to you. Furthermore, as a member of stores loyalty program, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of exclusive offers. The loyalty card Sweetch Club is personal and not transferable.

Article 15 - Terms and Conditions to a contest


  • Taking part in the contest is free and without any purchase obligation.
  • All individuals aged 18 and over can participate.
  • Sweetch employees and their family cannot participate in the contest.
  • Each participant is only allowed to enter the contest once.

Game-contest terms

  • The draw will be made by the online marketing team. Winners will be notified within 7 business days after the end of the contest.
  • Winners will be randomly selected at the end of the contest from all forms received and notified by email.
  • The price cannot be passed on or paid in cash.

Problems in the process, responsibility

  • Sweetch disclaims any responsibility for data loss and other technical defects, especially with the transmission of data.
  • If a winner cannot send their contact information within 7 business days or if a prize cannot be awarded, the participant can no longer claim his price. In this case, the winner renounces any subsequent claim.

Final provisions
The competition is governed by Swiss law and excludes any modality of private international law. Any judicial remedy is excluded. There will be no correspondence regarding this competition.
