10 days with the Luxe of Vaporesso

Introduction

Latest novelty of the Vaporesso brand, we have tested for you the Luxe.

As a reminder, Vaporesso is an American brand created in 2015 by its mother company SMOORE, itself founded in 2006. Present in the vaping universe for now 13 years makes it the oldest of all vaping manufacturers.

The company holds dear the fact of manufacturing safe and superior products. Needs and wishes of the vaping community being very broad and diverse, Vaporesso has developed a range of products that suit both the most seasoned and the new beginners in vaping.

Let’s talk talk about the box itself

New on the market, it immediately drew our attention. An electronic mod with double batteries and a power of 220W, with a semi-tactile screen – how could we resist?

The Luxe is a sober box yet classy box. Its base is black, with red lines that come together to write “Vape”. Or a constellation of gold lines. Or a blue-ish iris. Take your pick.

We chose the red version. Simple yet effective in its visual message.

Opening it, we discover the box itself and its sober and elegant design. It shines of a thousand lights!

Underneath it, we uncover a USB cable, a user manual, and a warranty card.

We open it up and install the two 18650 batteries. The façade is kept together by three magnets that perfectly fit with the shell.

We chose to associate with it a Cascade Baby Tank, which has a capacity of 5ml. This atomizer proposes a smooth vaping experience, has an anti-leakage system, and produces large clouds of vapour, while keeping a very good rendering of flavors. As we love the Red Astaire e-liquid of Tjuice, we went for that. As it is concentrated, we however had to dilute it first.

So ?

The principal feature of this box is its reactivity. A slight pressure of the finger, and vapor shoots out immediately. Thanks to the 0.001 second reaction time of the OMNI Board Chipset.

The weight of the box is relatively high, as it carries two batteries. But the fact that it fits perfectly in our hand make us instantly forget this detail.

Its maximum power of 220W makes it the ideal box for those of you liking large clouds. With the Cascade Baby Tank or the Skrr, not only does it look fantastic, but it also produces huge clouds of vapour!

We were impressed by the speed at which the batteries re-charge themselves, but in fact, this is not really surprising given the 2.5A announced by the manufacturer. You will however have to acquire an external charger to fully benefit from this feature.

Its semi-tactile screen of 2’’ is really beautiful and its graphic interface is very intuitive.

• The switch would have been more convenient if made as a trigger
• The language of the menu cannot be changed
• It only works with 18650 batteries

Conclusion

This box will perfectly suit fans of cloud chasing and high tech objects. It is rather geared towards experimented or expert vapers, that like vaping at high levels of power on an atomizer or dripper that will produce large clouds of vapour.

Vapers liking to play around with the settings in order to get their perfect match will be thrilled with the Luxe. It has all the desired functionalities, including the Super Player that is adapted to reconstructibles.

And given its high levels of autonomy, only infrequent charging is necessary.

The design is sober and the finishing very beautiful. The screen fills the whole side of the box and its size allows for easy reading
