Vaporesso hits hard with the Target PM80 Kit, a compact and full-flavoured sub-ohm podmod.

Very often, e-cigs in DL (Direct Lung, a shisha type direct draw), are quite impressive in size. The Target PM80, with its small dimensions (102 x 33.4 x 24.8mm), fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. It’s compact, but still very performant !

This podmod has cartridges with a filling capacity of 4ml. Impressive compared to other kits of this size !
You get 2 cartridges with the kit. They’re magnetic and hold perfectly in place. They’re also transparent allowing you to check the remaining liquid level easily.
What's more, the proprietary drip tip they come with, is round and very pleasant to use.

Under the cartridge, you’ve got the area to change the coil, which can simply be pulled out, and the filling hole sealed with a silicone cap. Guaranteed leak-free !

2 Mesh coils are also included in the kit : one 0.3ohm for a power ranging from 32 to 45 watts and one 0.2ohm for a power ranging from 45 to 60 watts. The second one offers a warmer vape and more intense flavours.
Both are GTXs offering not only a nice steam production, but also an excellent flavour rendering.

Equipped with an Axon Chipset, the Target offers a power ranging from 5 to 80W. The Instafire guarantees a reaction time of 0.001s ! Basically, activation is immediate as soon as the button is pressed.

The 0.96' screen shows the mode you’re in, the wattage or voltage, the power setting, the number of puffs, the remaining battery, the installed coil value, as well as the number of seconds the Fire button was pressed.
Also, when you go to the menu, you’ll find the different modes (Smart VW, VW, VV), a puff counter with a 7-day history and various settings.
In addition, the podmod automatically detects the installed coil when the cartridge is placed and displays the recommended power range.

We’ve asked Cédrick, Logistics manager at Sweetch, to test this kit. He paired it with the Black Saloon's Old Jack, a classic American blond tobacco with a touch of vanilla, slightly grassy. Cedrick had quit smoking thanks to vaping. Unfortunately, at the end of the year, he started again. Today he hopes to be able to quit again, this time thanks to this kit. Verdict ?

What was your first impression when you saw this kit ?
I thought it was super cool. Especially the colour ! I went with green. It's very original. This kit is nice and classy at the same time.

How was it getting started ?
Super easy. The pod is preinstalled. You simply have to check if the coil inside matches your needs, which was my case.
I simply removed the pod, opened the silicone cap, filled it and waited 5 minutes for the coil to soak. The big plus is that the pod is magnetic, so you simply need to place it on the mod.

How was your experience with this kit ?
It’s very efficient ! It really has an excellent rendering of flavours and a nice amount of steam. However, the airflow is not adjustable, so the draw is very aerial. But I loved it !

In terms of ergonomics, it's just great. It fits really well in the palm of your hand. So it’s really comfortable.
As for the autonomy, it lasts me a little less than a day (from waking-up to going to bed), taking about 200 puffs. If I use it only during working hours, it's more than enough.
The 4ml cartridges also makes it possible to last all day.

The dry hit protection is really good ! Not only daily, but also when starting the coil. It prevents it from being inadvertently or impatiently burned !

And to answer your question, I haven't completely stopped yet, but I have drastically reduced my cigarette consumption. I'm on track to quit completely and more motivated than ever !
