With a rectangular and futuristic design, let’s welcome the Xiron !

Made of a zinc alloy, it has an excellent manufacturing quality and is very solid. Its dimensions (92.92 x 46.48 x 27.8) make it a compact device with a very pleasant grip.
It’s equipped with a Fire button, as well as +/- buttons allowing you to make the settings. By simultaneously pressing the latter two, you can access the menu to navigate between the different modes : Smart, VV and VW.
With a maximum power of 50W, 3 simple clicks on the Fire button locks the settings.
Its screen displays all the useful information : coil value, puff counter, wattage and battery level.
It’s of course equipped with all the necessary safety features and it’s very simple and intuitive use.

Its cartridges have a capacity of 5.5ml. Combined with the 1500mAh battery, this kit has an amazing autonomy ! And it’s equipped with a USB type-C charging port, which guarantees fast charging.
They’re compatible with GTX coils, offering different types of vape. Depending on the installed coil and the airflow adjustment with the wheel, you’ll get a draw ranging from tight to airy.
The coils supplied with this kit are 0.3ohm for a power of 32 to 45W (aerial draw) and 0.8ohm for a power of 12 to 20W (tight draw).
The filling is done from the top by simply opening the silicone cap, without having to remove the cartridge. It’s equipped with a 510 drip tip which can be replaced at any time and is held by magnets, so it doesn’t move an inch !
Big plus, you can see the remaining liquid level with the see-through cartridge.

Versatility, simplicity, ergonomics... this kit has everything you could ask for !

We’ve asked Kevin, webmaster at Sweetch, to test this kit. He paired it with Juice&Power Honeydew Berry Kiwi Mint e-liquid, a delicious mix of melon, red fruits, and kiwi, with a touch of fresh mint ! He shared his impressions with us :

What was your first impression when you saw this pod ? 

It’s very nice. And, it’s small and compact.

How was it getting started ? 

It was really easy. Just place the coil, fill the cartridge, wait and start vaping.

How was your experience with this pod ? 

It’s very ergonomic due to its compactness. I did sometimes block the airflow with my finger. But I still found it practical because it fits easily in a pocket, which was especially useful when I was walking my dog :)

I’m an occasional vaper. When I received it, it had about 30% battery left. Charging it once, it lasted the rest of the test for me. It really has a very good autonomy and I think it will easily last all day long even with someone using it more than me.

With the 0.3ohm coil, the draw seemed pretty tight, but usually I use the Drag X, which really is for aerial vaping.

Anyway, it has a very good flavour rendering and a good amount of steam. Basically, it does well what’s expected of it.

Have you encountered any difficulties ? 

None. It’s very simple and intuitive.
