Nowadays, we no longer buy anything without asking about the ecological impact. This is true for vaping products, especially for models with sealed cartridges (or "pods") and therefore not refillable. However, as the market is still relatively new, it has developed without the ecological issue being considered at the outset. And the European 10 ml limit on bottles has only made the problem worse. Here's how to get rid of your obsolete equipment
Enclosing the electronic part in a plastic and/or metal casing, they’ll end up in the electrical and electronic equipment waste bin.
Like ordinary batteries, rechargeable batteries are subject to special recycling. To dispose of them properly, go to adhoc collection points.
Same as for the batteries. In other words, don't throw them in the household waste bin. The ideal is to store used coils in a box. As soon as you’ve got a few, head for the waste disposal centre where they will be placed in the appropriate bin.
If they are made of plastic and have been in contact with nicotine ("harmful" or "toxic" pictogram), they are not recyclable and, as such, are reserved for the household waste bin. If the bottles have not been in contact with nicotine, they will go into the plastic bin or the glass bin for glass bottles.
Wherever possible, it’s best to sort out the various parts (glass, plastic, metal, rubber) after rinsing them thoroughly, take them to the waste disposal centre where they can be collected in various bins.
