Sweetch guarantees a quick and reliable shipping of all your orders with the Swiss Post, without signature, from Monday to Friday. For Saturday deliveries with signature or with DHL, additional costs apply.
Your orders are shipped from our warehouse in Nyon, Switzerland, so no customs fees will be charged.
If your order is placed and payment confirmed before 3pm, your carefully packed items will be dispatched the same day and delivered by Post within 24/48 hours (working days). Any order placed after 3pm will be treated the next morning.
You can also place your order online and pick it up within the hour at our Nyon office using Click&Pick.

Any return must be notified in advance to our customer service department +41 (0)22 564 22 00.
The customer has a legal 14-day right to return items.
This right runs from the reception date of the package.
Liquids are not subject to exchange or refund.
Only products returned in their complete and intact original packaging will be accepted.
If the return conditions are met, the customer will receive a refund, in the form of a voucher, within 30 days.
* The customer can choose between a refund, in the form of a voucher, or a product exchange.
** In the case of an exchange, the return and reshipment costs will be charged to the buyer.
Sweetch is not liable for any damage to the products during shipping.
In the event of visible damage, we recommend that you take photos of the package in the condition in which it was delivered and contact the Swiss Post Office immediately to ask for financial compensation.
