The Sweetch team wanted to bring you an efficient and versatile setup, and an incredibly tasty vape experience. It’s quite naturally that we’ve associated the Aegis Mini 2 box and the Siren G tank, both from Geek Vape. 

The Aegis Mini 2 is an electronic mod that perfectly matches the brand's standards in terms of design and quality. Despite its compact size, the new Aegis Mini 2 features a large internal 2500mAh battery that offers up to 100W of continuous and stable power, and it can be recharged using a USB-C cable. 

Its large screen, with an improved user interface, gives you all the information you need at a quick glance. Made of the best materials and IP68 rated for maximum protection against water, dust, and shock, Geekvape’s Aegis Mini 2 was made to withstand anything !  

What about the tank ?

Designed to faithfully reproduce flavours, the Siren G MTL from Digiflavor, Geek Vape's hi-end brand, is an MTL-oriented tank. 

This tank has a 510 base and a 22mm diameter to fit a wide range of electronic mods. The adjustable airflow ring makes it easy to adjust the draw for both a tight (MTL) and a more aerial (RDL) vape. 

Another asset, the Siren G MTL has a leak-proof system: filling is done very easily from the top, after unscrewing the topcap. Its 4 ml tank capacity guarantees a good autonomy. 

And so ?

We asked Arnaud, CEO and product manager at Sweetch, to test this kit. He paired it with Maddog's Va Bajo e-liquid, with aromas from the famous Cohiba cigar brand.

He shared his impressions with us :


What was your first impression when you saw this kit ? 
I immediately found the Siren-G tank to be a good match for the Aegis mini 2. The colours go well together and the kit is rather harmonious, so at first glance I liked it !

The Geekvape mod is really well finished, the different shapes and textures of the box blend well together and I am personally seduced by the leather back, between the 2 Geekvape branded plates. Classy !  

How was it getting started ?
Very easy ! For the Siren-g, I must say that it was even too simple ! I intuitively unscrewed the bottom to put the coil in place. No need to screw it in, you just slide it into the opening. Then I opened the top-cap to fill it. The filling gap is wide so it can be done cleanly without complications. And then I wondered what I had missed but nothing, I was done ! 

For the Aegis box, nothing tricky either.

5 clicks to turn it on, 3 clicks to browse and 1 click to confirm ! When in the right mode (Power), simply start vaping.

The little plus is the locking which is done via a single dedicated button rather than 2, 3 or 4 clicks on the fire. Simple and efficient !

How was your experience with this kit ? 
I used the 1.2ohm coil and chose Maddog's Va Bajo e-liquid in 12mg. Once my tank was full, I set my wattage to 11watts, then waited a few minutes for the cotton to be well soaked with the e-juice.

And now, let's start vaping ! And there, not a noise, of air, or from the coil, nothing at all, only a warm and dense vape ... The MTL draw is perfect, the flavours are present and my vape is smooth and regular, a real treat.

In terms of ergonomics, even if the Aegis seemed a little heavy, it found its place in the palm of my hand without any problem and with ease, making me forget about its weight, which is not so problematic. Great ergonomics !

Regarding the autonomy of this kit, with 2500mah at 11watts, I lasted 2 full days with 1 tank of 4ml a day. All in all, this kit offers a nice autonomy for MTL vaping. 

Have you encountered any difficulties ? 
None ! Actually yes, to find the USB-C connector because it is super well hidden under the Geekvape rubber logo...

Who would you recommend this kit to ?
Truly to all those who want to stop smoking, because it’s very straightforward and above all very efficient. But also, to experienced vapers (this is my case) because this e-cigarette is once again extremely efficient, reliable, beautiful and versatile. Indeed, you can vape with it in different ways, and use almost any type of liquid for electronic cigarette.
